Self Catering Cottages

Our four comfortable self catering holiday cottages here in the centre of Exmoor National Park were converted from 200-300 year old stone barns (see more on the history of Riscombe Farm) and this accommodation retains the old character of these buildings. They sleep 2, 4, 5 and 6 people, in one, two and three bedroom cottages. These and the stables are set around a large courtyard, which provides ample off road parking. Dogs and other pets are welcome and stabling is available for your horse. We are open all year.

All the cottages are fully self-contained and well-equipped (AA 4 Stars), with satellite smart TV (including On Demand TV: BBC iPlayer, ITV Player, Demand 5, etc.) and DVD/CD player and free WiFi. There are NO extra costs. There are log fires in the three larger cottages. All fully central heated – from our eco-friendly biomass boiler system. There are baths and showers in each cottage. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a games room, laundry plus drying room and a secure cycle storage room. Our fields lead down to the River Exe and there is woodland for you to explore.
